“I hired Chef Jorge for a birthday party. Maxine and staff were professional from start to finish. From the tasty guava meatballs and yuca fries to the perfectly roasted pig. The food was hot, the pig was juicy and savory as were the sides of black beans, plantains and salad.. We added a veggie paella which was delicious. The aroma of the slow cooking pig brought out the neighbors asking about recommendations for The Stuffed Cuban. We highly recommend them and will use them again. All our guests are still talking about how great the food was!”
