“The Stuffed Cuban catered my daughter’s wedding and it was absolutely awesome! Starting with the world re-known yuca fries and shrimp cocktail, the feast was just beginning. The whole roasted pig in a Cuban mojito was perfectly cooked. Super tender and with that perfect crackling! They also cooked an arroz campesino on the largest paellera I have seen. They included the classic sides of maduros plantain, black beans and a mixed greens salad. All guests could not get enough of the yuca fries and preferred them to the wedding cake! Chef Jorge, Maxine and his staff were the best and I recommend the Stuffed Cuban for any occasion if you want to have great food and impress your guests!”
