The pig roast we hired him to do is the best I have ever had in my life (30 years in the restaurant business) and countless luaus on the Big Island of Hawaii where I used to live. The crispy skin was a huge hit with the guests and the pig prep and presentation mesmerized everyone! A great show and juice meat with delicious sides and elegant desserts. The five star service and passion for catering is above and beyond. Chef Jorge and his wife are the leaders of this amazing team and I am honored to give them my congratulations and thanks for our stellar event!!
