Chef Jorge adjusted to the building manager’s requests, which changed our plan for the event at the last minute. He stayed positive and was willing to adapt accordingly. His team was professional, super helpful and nice. They went above and beyond. Even with some last minute venue challenges, the event was a success thanks to the Chef and his team adjusting as needed.
