Not only was the vaca frita, moro rice and yuca frita amazingly delicious but he made everything appear effortless and kept behind the scene. He was generous in his servings. worked with the menu we wanted and within the restrictions we established and he gave us a great price. Everything was good. The food was warm and everything was kept clean. I would highly recommend Chef Jorge for any party and plan to use him again in the near future..”
